Our driver will be waiting for you at your hotel to transfer you to Phan Thiet and our Victoria Phan Thiet Resort. The journey from Saigon to Phan Thiet takes around 3 hours, but the time slips by easily thanks to the interesting scenery along the road. Look out for the rubber plantations and the traditional Vietnamese brick factories on the way.

Once your journey is over, you will be greeted at the VICTORIA PHAN THIET RESORT by our charming staff. They will show you into the lobby where a refreshing welcome drink will be waiting. The morning is free to discover the resort and relax. Victoria Phan Thiet Resort is 9 km from Phan Thiet town, and is built in the traditional style of a Vietnamese country house. The 50 thatched bungalows are set in beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking a long stretch of sandy white beach. |

Return to the resort to enjoy the romantic sunset while sipping one of our special fresh fruit juice cocktails. By the moonlight you will see hundreds of small lanterns on the horizon out at sea. These are from the boats of Phan Thiet’s squid fishermen who are beginning their long night of fishing. The view from your private bungalow is spectacular and magical. Overnight at the Resort.
Buffet Breakfast at the hotel. We invite you to wake up a little bit early to watch the fishermen return to the shore and haul in their nets. Don’t forget to bring your camera!

8:30 am: An early departure for a full-day discovery of Ta Cu Mountain, 40km from Phan Thiet. At 500m above the sea level, there are spectacular views of the surrounding countryside from the traditional pagoda at the summit. This hill is also home to a great 49m reclining Buddha. To admire this beautiful statue however, you will have to climb more than 1,000 steps! At the top, catch your breath, relax and enjoy the packed lunch we have prepared for you. |
