Room Upgrades at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa

From May 5th until October 15th 2008, several rooms at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa will undergo upgrading from 9am to 5pm daily. The project will be conducted in 2 phases to minimize guest disturbance: rooms 313 – 320 will be out of order until early August, and rooms 301 – 308 will be out of order from August to early October. The 12 Japanese Deluxe rooms will be upgraded in order to enlarge the room space and to change the design into a trendy zen style. As for the 4 Victoria Family Suites, they will be changed into 8 Deluxe Beach Front rooms with connecting doors to keep the “family” concept and will be decorated in a colonial style. All these upgraded rooms will have new bathroom, with bath, jacuzzi and alfresco shower, as well as free access to Wifi Internet and 32” flat screen televisions. There will be occasional noises during the period of renovation. The hotel apologizes in advanced for any inconveniences caused and will take all possible measures to try to minimize the disturbances.

Room Upgrades at Victoria Can Tho Resort

From May 2nd to September 30th, 2008, all rooms at Victoria Can Tho Resort will undergo upgrading. The project will be conducted in 3 phases to minimize guest disturbance.
The upgrading will include new soundproof doors and locks using the safer key card system, new hardwood floors and white PVC framed, double glazed, fire safety, sound proof, weatherproof and “energy saving” balcony doors and windows in all guest rooms.

Upgrades at Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa

From June 7th until August 28th, 2008, two projects will be conducted: the waterproofing of the resort's lobby and hallway roofs and the replacement of the terracotta tiles throughout the property. The Suite, Family Studio and connecting rooms will be directly affected by these projects and sections of the resort will be closed during this time to ensure minimal guest disruption.
