Rooms and Rates at the VICTORIA SAPA RESORT & SPA hotel

• Due to the proximity to the Chinese border ALL guests are required to present their passport and visa upon check-in and will be refused otherwise.
• Prices exclusive of 5% service charges and 10% VAT (subject to change without notice)
• High Season: October 1st, 2008 – April 30th, 2009
• Low Season: May 1st, 2009 - September 30th, 2009
• High Season Rates and Low Season Rates displayed above are applicable exclusively to Internet bookings made through www.victoriahotels.asia
• Peak Season Surcharge: US$ 25.00 per room per night (including tax & service charges) during the period of December 24th through until December 26th, 2008 and December 31st, 2008 through until January 2nd, 2009
• Compulsory Gala Dinner on December 24th and 31st, 2008
• The Hotel reserves the right to impose a non-refundable full pre-payment for all bookings made during peak season periods
• Public rates are not applicable to internet bookings, since the public rates are applied only to bookings made directly at the hotel
• High season and low season room rates include breakfast
• All room rates are based on single or double occupancy
• No additional charge for two children under 12 sharing the same room and the existing bedding but breakfast is charged at 50% adult price for children between 5 and 12 years old
• The Family Studio rate includes breakfasts for maximum 2 adults and 3 children or 3 adults. Additional US$ 45++ per extra adult per night will be charged
• Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
