-Meeting room use from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM
-LCD projector with motorized drop screen
-PA system, 3 microphones with an integrated surround ceiling speaker-system
-Conference set-up: pencils, notepads, flip chart, white board, markers, water and mints
-Buffet Lunch (if more than 35 persons) or Set menu (if below than 35 persons)
-2 coffee breaks with coffee, tea, sweets, savouries, cookies, fruits skewers, juices and iced water.

 

  • Half Day Package

-Meeting room use from 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM or 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
-LCD projector with motorized drop screen
-PA system, 3 microphones with an integrated surround ceiling speaker-system
-Conference set-up: pencils, notepads, flip chart, white board, markers, water and mints
-Buffet Lunch (if more than 35 persons) or Set menu (if less than 35 persons)
