Terms and conditions

* Prices are quoted per person in US Dollars, minimum of 2 adults, subject to 5% service charge and 10% government tax
* Prices are not included transportation from/ to Hanoi Railways Station

* Children price: Children from 6 to 12 years old will be discounted 50% on twin sharing price, as long as they share the same room with their parents (maximum 01 child/ room).

* Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% on the full package prices, less than 48 hours will be 75%. Cancellation within 24 hours or 'No-show', a 100% charge on full package prices will be imposed.
